Hear from the Netcom Training Alumni

"Netcom Training - IT support Engineer, Cisco IT Essential 8, 12-week course. My overall experience with the course has been excellent, from the office staff to the trainer, Tony Grainger. I would especially like to highlight Tony's exceptional skills as a trainer. He is highly competent, knowledgeable, and passionate about teaching. While he speaks quickly, he ensures that all the essential details of each chapter and module are thoroughly explained. Tony, you did an amazing job, and it was a pleasure learning from you. I truly appreciate your effort and dedication. However, I believe the progression support could be enhanced to better assist students with securing employment after completing the course. We had only a couple of sessions with the progression team, which mainly focused on basic information such as building a strong CV and improving our LinkedIn profiles. More comprehensive support and guidance in job placement would be beneficial for future students."

"The course is in-depth providing a rounded understanding of IT to develop as a technician. It caters for people without an IT background, but can be very fast paced for those learners. The team are supportive and help to develop your career. Queries were answered quickly, with solutions to issues that arose. Technical issues can be frustrating and a programme plan at the start of the course would be useful."

"Overall experience is good, information was good but can be delivered in a more in-depth way. Get the students involved more, making sure everyone is on the same page when it comes to what's being taught. But saying that Amir is a very cool guy.. very down to earth. you can have a chat with him and have a laugh, so he makes you feel welcome in every session. "

"I don't usually leave a review but I had a fantastic experience in my cyber bootcamp. Amir has to be one of the most loveliest, friendly and polite and knowledgeable tutors I've had. At one point I was going to drop out but the support he gave and the way he taught and kept every session really interesting was great. Like other students in the group, the patience he had with questions and providing information as well as explanations was really sweet. Having no cyber experience I now feel like I know so much. Amir, if you read this, Thank you for everything. Netcom training have an amazing tutor x"
