Our client is recruiting for an Technical support apprentice to join their team in Moulton, near Newmarket.

Our Level 3 Information Communication Technician (Support) apprenticeship programme that we are offering, will allow you to kick-start your career in an industry that is constantly evolving, dynamic and transformational.

The Company

Our client is a communications company, who have been providing business to business communication solutions for over 20 years. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to, increase customer service experience, learn about many aspects of the telecoms and data services industry and develop both generic and niche skill sets within a successful growing business.

The Position

Role and Responsibilities

The job entails front-line customer service and support, including the support of voice lines, data services, voice over IP solutions, routers, mobiles, and telephone systems. Responsibilities include liaising with our industry partners, placing and chasing supplier orders, raising and resolving issues, and provisioning and implementing solutions. Additionally, the role involves the use of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and ticket systems, as well as access to various supplier portals.

• Affinity for technology
• Trusted for technical assistance by friends and family
• Methodical and conscientious approach
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player comfortable in a team of seven
• Excellent telephone manner
• Ability to craft clear and concise emails
• Proficient in clear communication over phone and email

Individuals must have a valid and eligible residency status to apply for this role. Own transport is also required due to location.
