"I have recently completed the NICST IT Support Course this is a highly intense program with array of practical and theoretical elements it also gives you the opportunity to achieve a Cisco certificate plus the chance to gain the CompTia A+, N+ S+ certificates. A course worth doing. I have learned a lot and have gained many skillset which I will utilise in my future job role. We are lucky to have had an expert like Doug Brooks teaching us not only does he know his subject inside out he kept the learning interesting and easy to understand by using alternative mediums such as diagrams, video links or snipbits from the web to better explain the more complexed areas of the course. His teaching method is top notch which I cannot falter. Alongside his endless coffee jokes, his love for rock music and his great stories we had great banter which helped the sessions flow faster. Plus he always made time for QA's at the end of each session. Thank you! The progression coach Emma Webb who has been very helpful in sorting out CV's to job roles and still have time to offer useful advice on live sessions. The Netcom Support staff who have been working in the background sorting out queries and enquires without any hesitation keep up the good work. Perseverance and determination will get you far in life! As the philosopher Frances Bacon said in 1597 "Knowledge is Power" the more knowledgeable you are the more successful you become in life."
