Role and Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to People Operations team.
• Support the People Operations team in the achievement of our companies’ priorities and
objectives.
• Support the team in the delivery of its objectives demonstrating a ‘can do’ attitude and adopting a
flexible and resourceful approach.
• Participate with supervision relevant our projects that support the delivery of the company’s
strategy.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities appropriate to the role.
• Understand how to assist in the provision of business support to the People and Payroll Team
including day to day tasks such as document creation, using excel spreadsheets, room bookings,
electronic filing, and distribution of information.
• Act, alongside the Operations team, as a first point of contact for enquiries, and respond to or refer
enquiries as appropriate.
• Assist in processing relevant changes to employee records including Drafting letters
• Assist in maintaining electronic filing systems.
• Act as an effective team member providing assistance to others as requested.
• To be aware of policies and procedures and act according to them
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as may be required commensurate with the level of the
post
• Support with on-boarding process for employees (Includes day 1 tasks)
• Support offboarding process.
• Support with benefits administration
• Updating HRIS accurately and timeline manner

priorities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with face-to-face and telephone enquiries
in a courteous and patient manner, providing a high level of customer care.

requirements.

• Ability to produce work of a high standard with a high level of attention to detail.

field.
